We currently have immediate openings for Call Center Sales/Telemarketing professionals to join our Domestic Sales team in contacting dental offices and dentists by telephone.

Requirements

• Chicago area candidates only. No relocation expenses are provided for these positions
• We are seeking talented outgoing professionals with strong communication skills, a personable attitude, and a sales aptitude in combination with customer service skills.
• We will only consider candidates who have had direct experience within a manufacturer or distributor environment and selling directly to healthcare professionals.
• Candidates must have 2+ years experience in telephone sales, telemarketing or Inside Sales.
• Familiarity and comfort using computers and order entry systems is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to learn about our products and the dental industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Call Center Sales Reps will contact dental offices and dentists by telephone to follow up and acquire new customers on leads generated by trade shows, direct mail marketing and advertising, our Field Sales Reps, as well as, by generating their own new customer leads.
• Call Center Sales Reps will also use existing customer data bases to increase sales by servicing existing product needs, informing customers about new products and promotions, and expanding usage of other Bisco products.
• Demonstrate products and generate sales at trade shows and other events.
