TYRIAN™ SPE/ONE-STEP® PLUS SELL SHEET

Introducing TYRIAN™ SPE, a no-rinse, Universal Self-Priming Etchant with uncompromising ability. Unlike other self-etching systems, TYRIAN SPE when used with ONE-STEP® or ONE-STEP® PLUS, can bond self-cured, dual-cured and light-cured composites and cements. TYRIAN SPE is effective in etching cut and uncut enamel as well as dentin. Since TYRIAN SPE can be used with all types of composites for both direct and indirect restorations, it is truly universal.

With TYRIAN SPE, the question of “How moist is moist?” is completely eliminated making TYRIAN SPE less technique sensitive. TYRIAN SPE’s unique purple color assures a complete mix and coverage, and becomes clear as it reacts with tooth structure.

TYRIAN SPE is quick and convenient with unit-dose or two bottle dispensing. Because there is no need to rinse the etchant before adhesive application, TYRIAN SPE will also save time during the procedure.

TYRIAN PURPLE
During the first millennium BC, the ancient Phoenician city of Tyre was a place of unprecedented splendor. The city’s wealth grew from its industry of purple textiles, colored with a dye harvested from a snail that lived along Tyre’s shore. So valuable was Tyrian Purple that it was reserved for those of royal rank. A single gram of Tyrian Purple dye was worth 10 to 20 grams of gold.
