Inserting
the cartridge:
1. Release the plunger by pushing
up on the release lever located on the rear of the dispenser
just below the plunger. While the plunger release is
pushed, the plunger is able to slide back and forth
freely. Pull it all the way back.
2. Lift
the hinged cartridge lock on the top of the dispenser.
3. Place
the base of the cartridge into the cartridge receiver
that is now exposed. Position the cartridge into the
receiver with the "V" cutout facing down.
4. Lock
the cartridge into place by returning the cartridge
lock to the down position.
Removing the cap and attaching
the mixing tip:
1. To remove the cap, turn it 90-degrees
counterclockwise and pull it off the cartridge. Retain
the cap for reuse. The used mixing tip may also serve
as a cap until the next use.
2. Before placing the mixing tip
on the cartridge, squeeze the handle of the dispenser
until a small amount of material flows from both sides
of the cartridge.
3. Select a mixing tip of the same
color as the cap (pink, teal, or yellow).
4. Align the small "V"-shaped tab
on the base of the barrel of the mixing tip with the
"V"-shaped notch on the cartridge. Push the mixing tip
onto the cartridge and turn the base of the mixing tip
90-degrees in a clockwise direction.
5. Dispense the desired amount of
material by repeatedly squeezing the handle.
NOTE: FOR THOSE WITH SMALLER HANDS,
THE ENCLOSED RED INSERT MAY BE PLACED BETWEEN THE TOP
OF THE DISPENSER HANDLE AND THE BODY TO REDUCE THE TRAVEL
OF THE HANDLE. PICTORIAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE ON THE INSERT
CARD.
Removal and Storage:
1. Remove the used mixing tip by
turning the base of the mixing tip 90-degrees in a counter-clockwise
direction and tilting it down and off the cartridge.
2. Replace
the cap by aligning the tab and notch, pushing the cap
on and turning clockwise 90-degrees.
3. To
remove the cartridge, push the plunger release lever
up and fully retract the plunger. Lift the cartridge
lock and slide the cartridge up and out of the dispenser.
THE DISPENSER MAY BE CLEANED IN LIQUID
