CORE-FLO™*
Flowable Core Build-Up Composite

CORE-FLO is a self-cured radiopaque core build-up composite. CORE-FLO is intended for use with an adhesive system such as ONE-STEP^®*/ONE-STEP PLUS, ALL-BOND 2^®*, ALL-BOND 3^®* or ALL-BOND SE^®*.

Refer to manufacturer's instructions. Unlike ALL-BOND SE and ONE-STEP/ONE-STEP PLUS, not all self-etch or total-etch one-bottle adhesives bond to dual-cured or self-cured composites.

1. Clean the entire surface with a slurry of pumice and a disinfectant such as CAVITY CLEANSER™* or water.

2. If using a total-etch adhesive, etch using an etchant, such as UNI-ETCH^®* w/BAC or ETCH-37™* w/BAC according to manufacturer's instructions. OR, if using a self-etch adhesive, skip Step 2 and proceed to Step 3.

3. Apply an adhesive, such as ONE-STEP/ONE-STEP PLUS, ALL-BOND 2, ALL-BOND 3 or ALL-BOND SE, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Dispense an equal amount of CORE-FLO Base and Catalyst pastes onto a mixing pad. Mix to a uniform paste (10-15 seconds). Do not over mix to avoid incorporation of air. Avoid the use of metal instruments for mixing which may discolor the material.

5. Fill a Low Viscosity Unit-Dose Tip* with the composite and inject into the preparation and around the post, if present. Continue to build until cavity preparation is filled to the desired level. Due to the flowable consistency of CORE-FLO, placement with a hand instrument is not recommended.

STORAGE:  Store at room temperature (20°C/68°F - 25°C/77°F). See individual component labels for specific expiration dates.

PRECAUTIONS:  Unpolymerized resins may cause skin sensitization in susceptible persons. Avoid contact with the skin. In case of contact with the skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
