REF X-80681PX
One Pin-Pilot Drill, One Nickel-Titanium Drill, One #2 Peeso Reamer, Instructions.

PRECAUTIONS: It is recommended to use a new kit for each removal procedure for optimal results and to prevent drill breakage in the canal. To reduce heat, copious water irrigation must be used during post removal.

C-POST is marketed outside of the U.S. under the trade name COMPOSIPOST.

U.M. Aestheti-Plus is marketed outside of the U.S. under the trade name Endo Plus

FIBER POST REMOVAL TECHNIQUE
1) Drill an orientation hole with the pin-pilot drill through the center of the post.
2) Using the Nickel-Titanium drill (safe tip) at 15000 RPM, gently begin drilling a hole through the center of the post. This will begin to hollow out the post.
NOTE: A gentle water spray is recommended during removal to reduce heat.
3) Using the #2 Peeso Reamer (safe tip) gently drill through the hollow post again, with pressure applied peripherally. The hollowed post will get slightly larger but still be intact.
4) FIBER POST: Use the Pre-Shaping drill (one stripe) corresponding to the post size to remove most of what is left of the post.

U.M. FIBER POST: Use an ISO #70 drill to remove most of what is left of the post
5) FIBER POST: Use the Finishing Drill (two stripes) corresponding to the post size to remove any of the remaining post.

U.M. FIBER POST: Use drills corresponding to the post size to remove any of the remaining post. (e.g. to remove a ISO #120 post, use drill ISO #70 followed by ISO #100 and then ISO #120).
CAUTION: U.S. Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a dental professional.
