Loyalty Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the BISCO Bonding Rewards Loyalty Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Program is offered at the sole discretion of BISCO, Inc. All points and rewards earned through the Program are issued by BISCO, Inc. solely as promotional incentives to encourage and reward customer engagement with BISCO products. They are not gift cards, prepaid cards, or other stored value instruments, and no money, credit, or other thing of value is given in exchange for them.
2. Membership Eligibility
2.1 Membership in the Program is free and available to BISCO customers in the U.S.A. who are part of a private practice or group purchasing organization. Exclusions may apply. The Program is not open to distributors, resellers, wholesalers, dental laboratories, educational institutions, government agencies, or employees of BISCO or its affiliates. BISCO reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion and to add to or modify the list of excluded customer categories at any time.
2.2 To enroll in the Program, you must have an existing online account or create an account on the BISCO website.
2.3 Each Member is entitled to only one account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all points.
3. Tier Explanation & Benefits
BISCO’s Loyalty Program is our way of thanking our dedicated customers for their continued support of BISCO. The Program is comprised of 3 tiers based on customer spending per calendar year (January – December):
- Tier 1: Insider — Member spending level: <$1K
- Tier 2: Enthusiast — Member spending level: $1K – $3K
- Tier 3: True Believer — Member spending level: >$3K+
Members are automatically enrolled in Tier 1 (Insider) when they join. Members can maintain or advance tiers by meeting spending thresholds. Tier benefits include exclusive promotions, bonus days, sneak peeks at product launches, and more.
4. Earning Points
- Insider (Tier 1): Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
- Enthusiast (Tier 2): Earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent.
- True Believer (Tier 3): Earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
Points are earned on qualifying purchases only (excluding free products, tax, and shipping). Additional points may be earned through special promotions or engagement activities (e.g., following BISCO on social media).
5. Redeeming Points
- • 500 points = $5 Promotional Reward toward future BISCO purchases.
- • Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to outstanding balances.

6. Expiration and Forfeiture of Points
Points and rewards expire 1 year from the date they are earned unless otherwise stated. Accounts with no activity for 1 year will forfeit all points.
7. Returns
If a purchase is returned, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the account.
8. Account Termination and Modification
BISCO may terminate or suspend accounts for fraudulent or abusive activity, including:
- • Creating multiple accounts
- • Providing false information
- • Attempting to sell or transfer points
- • Manipulating purchases or returns
- • Using bots or automated methods
BISCO may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Members may opt out by contacting sales@bisco.com or calling 1-800-247-3368.
9. Privacy
Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Members may opt out of promotional emails but will still receive essential program communications.
10. Limitation of Liability
BISCO is not liable for loss or damage from participation, modification, or termination of the Program. Liability is limited to the greater of Promotional Rewards earned in the last 12 months or $50. Rewards are provided “as is” without warranties.
11. Change in Information
Members must notify BISCO of changes to contact information. BISCO is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated contact details.
12. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, under AAA rules, unless an exception applies (e.g., small claims court).
Members waive the right to class actions. Members may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of enrollment by providing written notice to BISCO.
