Product returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of invoice date will receive 100% of purchase price.
Product returned BETWEEN 31 to 90 DAYS of invoice date will receive 85% of purchase price.
Product returned BETWEEN 91 to 120 DAYS of invoice date will receive 50% of purchase price.
Beyond 120 DAYS (4 Months) – 0%
Shipping and Handling charges are the responsibility of the customer for returns not covered under the Bisco General Warranty policy
